Seventh Annual National Walk @ Lunch Day®
On Wednesday, April 24, 2013 we, along with tens and thousand of walkers participated in National Walk @ Lunch Day. A day when other Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies, employers, state legislatures and individuals across the nation simply take a walk at lunch. It’s a short walk, but makes a big difference in the overall health of everyone!
We thank everyone who participated and look forward to making next year's event as successful as this year's!

When done briskly and on a regular basis, walking can:
