The HR and Wellness Specialist’s primary responsibility is to plan and coordinate all aspects of our company’s employee wellness program. This includes researching and planning wellness and fitness programs, lectures, workshops; marketing and promoting the program through various media; collecting and analyzing data and information to shape and enhance the program; and managing the finances of the program. The HR and Wellness Specialist also plans and coordinates our employee recognition programs and events. The incumbent assists the Recruitment and HRIS Coordinator with the recruitment process, to include interviewing non-exempt candidates and assisting with all aspects relating to recruitment.
candidates will have a BS/BA degree,
experience in corporate wellness programs and/or human resources,
proven writing skills,
strong PC skills, to include Microsoft products.
