As Medical Services Director, you would work closely with our strong, seasoned internal teams in medical services, analytics, quality improvement, and provider relations.  You will impact programs across the spectrum of health, wellness and condition management.  The Medical Services director oversees the management of benefits and care coordination processes affecting resource utilization and results, with a focus on health care needs and cost effective outcomes.

Qualifications:

• candidates will have solid clinical and administrative experience, with BSN, NP, or PA certification and with MSN, MBA, MPH or equivalent advance degree preferred,

• strong experience in the health insurance industry with demonstrable achievements, and proven leadership skills.
  

• Experience with quality improvement and budget management practices desired.
