* Vermont's health benefit exchange is called Vermont Health Connect.
* Individuals/groups of one and small group employers (2-50 employees) will buy insurance on the exchange.
* Enrollment through the state's exchange, begins on October 1, 2013 for coverage effective on January 1, 2014.
* Enroll by December 15, 2013 to ensure a January 1, 2014 effective date.
* The deadline for enrolling in 2014 is March 31, 2014.
