The Rutland County Community Advisory Board hosted a free Worksite Wellness Forum on February 9, 2010. This event provided participants with a chance to share insights and learn about resources, successful programs and wellness strategies. The Rutland County Community Advisory Board of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont is dedicated to supporting worksite wellness in the region. This forum covered numerous topics; including:

• Making the most of Community Resources
• Local success stories
• Assessing employee needs/interested
• Evaluation and measuring impact
• Next steps—taking action
