What does this mean for my small business?
If you employ 50 or fewer full-time employees and you choose to offer health insurance coverage, you must purchase a standardized plan, referred to as a Qualified Health Plan, in 2014. Your enrollment options may vary depending on your renewal date.
What are my options if I choose to offer group coverage?
As a small business owner, you must enroll in a Qualified Health Plan directly through your health plan for 2014 coverage.

Can my employees get a tax credit if I offer coverage?
No, tax credits are only available to those in the individual market.
What if I have employees who reside out of state?
You can allow those employees to purchase on the exchanges that serve the region where their primary worksite is located, or you can offer them coverage through Vermont Health Connect.
