Prescription Drug Programs
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont is committed to offering presciption drug programs that fulfill all of your treatment needs (including use of state-of-the-art medications) at the best prices. Our new three-tier drug program offers financial incentives when you choose generic or Preferred Brand-name drugs. We also keep costs down for members through our Prior Approval program for drugs. Most of our drug programs use the RESTAT pharmacy network, which currently includes most Vermont pharmacies and a large network of pharmacies nationwide (including almost all of the larger chains).
