BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD OF VERMONT ANNOUNCES DISTINGUISHED EMPLOYEE FOR AUGUST 2003

Berlin, VT – Heidi Masi, a resident of Barre Town, VT has been chosen as the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont's Distinguished Employee for August 2003.

Ms. Masi is a corporate trainer in training and development and has been with Blue Cross and Blue Shield since June 1998. She is cited for her positive, upbeat training style, her knowledge, and her commitment to her co-workers and the company. A co-worker stated, "Heidi is not afraid to put the extra time in that may be needed to accomplish a goal".
