BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD OF VERMONT ANNOUNCES DISTINGUISHED EMPLOYEE FOR OCTOBER 2003

Berlin, VT — Heidi Craige, a resident of Orange, VT has been chosen as the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont's Distinguished Employee for October 2003.

Ms. Craige is a senior claims analyst in the claims department and has been with Blue Cross and Blue Shield since November 1998. She is cited for her dedication, her willingness to help others, and for her positive attitude. A co-worker stated, "Heidi performs well above what is expected of her in her position. She is an outstanding leader".
