NCQA Accreditation
Now we're recognized as one of the top health plans in the country. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont is proud to be the only Vermont health plan to receive the highest levels of accreditation for both our managed care and PPO products from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA seal recognizes BCBSVT for the medical quality and service leadership we deliver to our customers at every point in the health system.
NCQA accreditation requires excellent scores on HEDIS (health care measures)and CAHPS (service measures). The full CAHPS report for each of our programs is available below:
