Our Domestic Violence Program At Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont and The Vermont Health Plan, we want to help providers help victims of domestic violence. Our Reaching Out in New England: Health Care Response to Intimate Partner Violence packet provides physicians with the information they need to document injuries, refer patients to local agencies and counsel victims. Physicians who suspect that patients are being hurt at home can obtain program materials by using our online order form or by following the links below to printer-friendly copies of the program materials. Our victim pamphlet points women toward organizations in the state that will provide them with shelter or help.
