A: In the case of a chronic illness or catastrophic health event, we're here to help by answering your questions and providing you with the information and resources you'll need. Our specialty case management program was developed to help you and your physician manage your care and appropriately utilize the benefits you receive from your health plan. Q: Does This program Change My Health Benefits? A: No. Your existing health benefits remain the same. You may continue to use the same care providers. You will incur no additional costs by enrolling in Specialty Case Management.
