The Restat MemberREPortal  offers the following:
•  Prescription drug copayments   •  Prescription drug claim history   •  Drug information

The MemberREPortal requires a user ID and password.  For a new registration, you will need your ID Card and the information outlined below.  If you have any difficulties logging on, contact RESTAT at 1-800-248-1062 for assistance.

MemberREPortal Subscriber ID is the Identification Number on the card, without the preceding alpha characters. 
 
Group ID is the RESTAT number in the  upper right.
