The Preferred Brand-name Drug List will be updated periodically. Drugs automatically come off the list when generic alternatives become available. Register for RESTAT's Member REPortal for more detailed drug information. Prior Approval We require Prior Approval for certain categories of medications. Check the Prior Approval list. Quantity Limits If your doctor prescribes a drug in an amount that exceeds certain criteria, we will require documentation from your provider. Check the Quantity Limits list.
