Accessing Your Prescription Drug Benefits

Three-Tier Prescription Drug Program
You must use a RESTAT network pharmacy for prescriptions to be eligible for benefits. The pharmacy will submit the claim on your behalf and then charge you for your co-payment, deductible, or coinsurance amount.
Prescription Drug Benefits Program
- If you use a RESTAT network pharmacy, the pharmacy will submit your prescription drug claim form on your behalf and then charge you for your co-payment, deductible, or coinsurance amount.
- If you use a non-RESTAT network pharmacy, you will need to pay for the prescription up front and then submit for reimbursement. To submit for reimbursement, fill out a Prescription Reimbursement Form and include a copy of the detailed pharmacy receipt.
HSA Compatible Health Plans
- You will need to pay for the prescription up front at the pharmacy.
- If you use a RESTAT network pharmacy, the pharmacy will submit your prescription drug claim form on your behalf. Your prescription will then be applied to your medical deductible or reimbursed directly to you once you have met your deductible.
- If you use a non-RESTAT network pharmacy, you will need to submit a claim for reimbursement. To submit for reimbursement, fill out a Prescription Reimbursement Form and include a copy of the detailed pharmacy receipt.
