Getting Started - First Time Users

Option 1 - Mail Your Prescription

• One for a short-term supply to be filled immediately at a retail pharmacy
• One for the maximum days' supply allowed (up to a 90-day supply) with as many as three refills to be mailed to Caremark

Option 2 - Have Your Doctor Call

• Give your doctor's office the FastStart® toll-free physician number: 1-800-378-5697

• Let your prescriber call in the prescription.

• Provide your doctor with your ID number (from your BCBSVT ID card) and your mailing address.
