For non-group members, we define pre-existing condition as a condition for which:
Group members should consult with their benefits manager for details about pre-existing conditions.
If you have more than a "63-day break in coverage" before receiving coverage through us, then benefits for services related to pre-existing conditions will NOT be covered until twelve months after your effective date of coverage.
