Locating Doctors & Hospitals

The BlueCard® Program gives you access to doctors and hospitals almost everywhere.  To locate doctors and hospitals quickly and easily, follow these steps:

1. Have you Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Vermont member ID card handy
2. Visit the BlueCard Doctor & Hospital Finder (includes maps and directions)
   OR 
   Call BlueCard Access at 1-800-810-BLUE (2583) for the names and addresses of doctors & hospitals in the area you or a dependent need care.
