  • What is Medicare?

    Medicare is federally funded health insurance for U.S. citizens and lawfully admitted foreigners who have lived in the U.S. for at least 5 years. Medicare has three parts: A, B and D. Medicare supplemental plans provide assistance with costs not paid by Medicare, like co-insurance, co-payments and deductibles.
