Group Cancellations

Please note: Cancellations cannot be made retroactive.

Any outstanding subscription payments charged prior to your cancellation date will remain due.

Types of cancellation	description
Nonpayment	If premiums aren't received by the 1st of the month, your group may be cancelled.
Group Ineligibility	At least 75% of eligible employees must enroll to maintain group coverage. See VT Act 52
Voluntary Group Cancellation	You must let us know in writing. Cancellation is effective the 1st of the month following the date written notification is received.
Cessation of Business/Organizational Closing	When an organization goes out of business, we cancel the group and allow subscribers to transfer to an individual plan.
