The Quality Improvement Project Liaison serves as liaison across department and division lines in driving meaningful HEDIS and CAHPS analysis and developing both clinical and service quality improvement projects. The incumbent serves as project frontrunner in developing and implementing clinical quality improvement projects. In addition, this position acts as a consultant to other departments engaged in quality improvement projects, ensuring that progress against goals is assessed periodically using meaningful data and corresponds to regulatory goals and actions. The QI Project Liaison works with key players in the health care delivery system, including other plans, state agencies, and provider groups, to develop and implement improvement strategies across the system.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Knowledge of NCQA accreditation standards and health care experience preferred.
