Claims Appeal Specialist
This position is responsible for administering the internal and external Claim Appeals/Grievance processes for the Plan. The incumbent provides administrative and other support to the Claims Appeal process at all stages from the initiation of a claim appeal request through resolution and post-claim appeal action steps. Strong organizational skills required, including the ability to organize Committee activities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
- One to three years experience in health insurance claims processing or similar position required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
